We are mourning with our community and praying for the families of 17-year old Andrew Clements (driver) of Martinez, 17-year old Matthew Whitfield of Augusta, 18-year old Bailey Widener of Martinez, 18-year-old Morgan Douthitt, and 18-year-old Kamari Frazier (driver).

Two separate accidents claim the lives of four local teens and leaving one in an area hospital for treatment.

On the evening of August 17th, a deadly accident at Walton Way and Malvern Lane claimed the lives of all 3 teenagers in the vehicle. The vehicle was traveling west on Walton Way when it left the roadway and struck a tree.

Then Tuesday afternoon, a single-car accident on Whiskey Road in Aiken, SC claimed the life of Morgan Douthitt, while Kamari Frazier was taken to a hospital. Frazier’s condition is unknown at this time.
